January so far Ice Fishing has been ok

Switched it up a bit targeting #Bluegill more than anything so far, coldest day so far was -30 with windchill just a little cool, #ArdentReels #KrappieKing 500, Wire and Bolt 1000 size were used mostly with #XZoneLures #Baller with #LiquidMayhem #NightCrawler and #WOOTungsten #Invisashot or small jigs, hopefully we locate some bigger species sooner than later. #Tight Lines

It rained most of the day yesterday and the roads were very slippery when we quit fishing, someone slipped off the road.

Ice Fishing late December 2018

I've been busy or lazy but thought I'd get some posts going, I'm new to ice fishing with only being out about 5 times before 2018. After going to the Canadian Ice Fishing Expo in Barrie, a couple friends/co-workers made it out to a few places in Huron and Bruce County and I was invited along plus 1 trip to Lake Couchiching with some Ontario Fishing Club members in December 2018 , Using #ArdentReels Bolt and Wire plus I ordered a few #KrappieKing reels, #XZoneLures #Baller with #LiquidMayhem #NightCrawler and some Drop shotting with #WOOTungsten #Invisashot
