It was a Great Week with about 10 minutes of rain, even though everyone was saying it's fishing really tough we managed to get a nice number everyday, with a few bigger ones but no monsters. Swammers, Buzzbaits, Crankbaits, Spoons, Drop shot and Jigs were the main lures used with a few worms also. Dave and Bonnie were in one boat and Pete and I were in my boat for 5 days and Pete and Bonnie switched spots for the other 2 days, everyone caught fish but we all had at least one slow day also, I gave a few baits away to a couple people fishing off their dock and Dave and Bonnie gave a fish to a couple that were hoping to catch one off the cottage/dock that they were renting. Mostly fished from about 9am until 7pm but we had 1 day start out at 7am and ended before dark, we're all looking forward to head back to the french River next year.
