Pike Season Opener Slow water was 54 degrees

Started at 3:30pm until 7:00pm, Fishing for Pike but things were slow so Moe switched over to a Bomber & caught this 28"+ Walleye

My 1st Pike of 2014 was on a Bomber Cranckbait not very big but better than getting skunked also caught 1 Smallie & lost 2 more Pike on Spinnerbaits 

2nd Fishing Trip of the Year

 A few from today after fishing for Pike with no success we switched over to try for some trout, the 24" Brown & the 27" Rainbow hit a Drop Shot Slammer & the other Rainbow hit a Bassmagnet Tube & danced about 3' out of the water, we added a second weight for the drop shot to get it down in the current.
