Left home at 05:30 to be meet at the dock at 08:00 for a 5 hour fishing trip, Matt had a guy looking to share a trip and I jumped in to chase some Walleye with them, we left the Sarnia Marina to head to Lake Huron and fish the mouth of the river, he had a bunch of rods set up and it took me a whole 15 seconds to catch my 1st Walleye lol and another a few minutes after that, we were talking to a bunch of different guys and it was a tough day as the weather had changed from the week before, Matt went out the day before and found a limit in a couple hours so he was fairly confident that we'd catch a few, it was no problem catching a 3 man limit and we released another limit as well, we ended up giving some minnows to another group of guys as they weren't catching too many and the minnows added to the plastic sure made a difference for us. We all had a couple nice ones on but they never made it up to the boat but that's fishing. First time jigging for Walleye like that and I'll be back for another go.
