Monday was our first full day of Fishing for game fish not Panfish and it was a lot of FUN to finally make some big hook sets.

We sure had FUN with these bunch of Fish on Baitcasting outfits, we started it off with a couple Walleye and quickly caught a bunch of Pike and Smallmouth and Largemouth Bass, it's been a long winter and it'll likely be a short summer lol.

Dave, Bonnie and Pete arrived Sunday afternoon and this is how the fishing went

Sunday mid afternoon and evening was a Great way to start the rest of the week off with a bunch of nice fish. It's always nice to have a plan come together and tweak it a bit to have more success.

Kawartha Lakes Early Bass Opener was a successful Weekend again

Saturday and Sunday on the water with Darcy and Jenna and family catching Panfish, Rockbass. Smallies, Largies and Pike to make for a perfect family fishing trip. You have to like the early bass season opener in Zone 17 on the Kawarthas, first take care of the kids then hit up a few spots for Bass and Pike then back to fishing with the kids again. Tight Lines 🎣
