1st cast put this #Smallie into the boat using #ArdentOutdoors Edge Baitcasting Rod and a Apex Grand Reel with 65lb WFT Strong Braid and a #XZoneLures Pro Series Mega #Swammer it hammered it over top of a weed bed in about 6' of water.
Moe followed up shortly after with a #BlackflyLures #QuadBlade #Spinnerbait and caught the #Walleye shortly after on the same lure REJ special.
After missing a Largie on a Flipp'n Jig when I was bringing it back to the boat I switched up to the #XZoneLures Pro Series #Swammer and this #Smallie smoked it over a patch of cabbage weeds to end the night.
